WHY RECOURSE

We’re here to help you lock in and get results. No BS. We believe your exercise regimen shouldn’t have you performing impractical movements, taking unnecessary risks, or have a glorified cheerleader running class.

Our training philosophy has been developed from a lifetime of playing and training for sports, along with 12+ years of training people in our facility. Although we may not all play a sport, remaining as athletic as possible, for as long as possible, is the goal of our program.

The abilities to Run, Jump, Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Rotate, Lift Weights, and Carry Objects are basic functions for the longevity of us all. Our body's capacity to perform these functions is a great indicator of our overall health and fitness level.

Whether you are looking to improve your performance in a specific sport, gain muscle, lose weight, improve aesthetic appearance, etc. our program is designed to help you achieve those goals.

It’s not just about what you do, but how you do it. We focus on proper technique and a well-balanced approach to both building strength and metabolic capacity (cardio). Rather than stressing you do everything as fast as possible, as heavy as possible, or shouting at you through a headset while giving you a high-five…we’re just here to show you results.
